About the Role... Newly created position, weare looking to hire a Production Engineering Manager for our Albury Manufacturing Plant in NSW. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to a team of production engineers by delivering effective manufacturing strategies, policies, processes and systems to ensure successful completion of capital and process development projects, continuous improvement items and new product launches. To ensure and maintain high quality standards you will require the knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Systems and Continuous improvement tools& techniques such as Kaizen, JIT and Kanban. The person… You will have proven experience as a production manager, a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and an MBA (desirable). It is critical that you have previous leadership and management skills to optimise team performance and development. You will have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. Excellent knowledge and understanding of air conditioning / heating processes, components and manufacturing techniques will be vital to excel in your role. Key Responsibilities also include:

You must be able to think critically, analytically and laterally to navigate complex operational and nonoperational issues and to effectively manage change in the workplace.
